Cookies

The website uses no advertising or analytics cookies, which is why there is no consent banner.

  • NEXT_LOCALE: remembers the language you chose. A session cookie, deleted when you close your browser.
  • Sign-in cookies: only in the administration area, for the Tiasko team.

Who processes your data

Only Tiasko team members with an administration account read contact form messages. We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not share it for advertising.

We use these providers, who process data on our behalf:

  • Supabase, Inc.: database and files, on servers in Frankfurt, Germany.
  • Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL (Luxembourg): website hosting and delivery.
  • Anthropic, PBC (United States): its Claude model writes the chatbot’s answers. Anthropic deletes messages received through its API within 30 days (up to 2 years if they are flagged as breaching its usage policy) and does not use them to train its models.

Transfers outside Tunisia and the European Union

Contact form data is stored in the European Union and accessed by our team from Tunisia. Chatbot messages are processed in the United States by Anthropic, under its data processing agreement.

Security

The website is only served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Our database enforces access rules: visitors can send a message but cannot read anyone else’s, and only the signed-in team can access them.

Your rights

At any time you can ask to access your data, correct it, delete it, object to its use or restrict it, and receive a copy in a common format. If you gave us your agreement, you can withdraw it.

Write to contact@tiasko.com with “Personal data” in the subject line. We reply within one month. We may ask you to confirm your identity, for example by writing from the email address you used in the form. Once your data is deleted, we confirm it in writing.

You can also contact Tunisia’s National Authority for the Protection of Personal Data (INPDP) or, if you live in the European Union, the data protection authority of your country (for example, the CNIL in France).
